"Sometimes, a different voice can also bring new ideas and perhaps needed change. It reminds me of some of the tribal councils that consist mostly of men.
This is not to say the voting people in a tribe always elect men, but tribes, like mainstream America, sometimes are stuck in the mentality that only men will be good politicians and leaders.
Women, some believe, are better at raising children, baking cookies and taking their children to the park.
We do have women in boardrooms, on space ships, piloting submarines, flying helicopters and mixing it up on the floor of Congress - but not enough of them when you consider women are a majority of the population but a minority in leadership roles."
